Privacy notice
The short version: I only keep what I need to look after your dog, I never sell it, and this website doesn't track you.
Who I am
Waggy Wonderland is run by me, Rojan. I'm responsible for the personal details you share with me. If you have any questions about them, email info@waggywonderland.com or message me on WhatsApp.
What I keep
When you get in touch or book, I keep:
- your name, phone number, email address and home address
- your dog's details: name, breed, age, routine, health, medication and vet
- how to get in, such as key or door code arrangements, when you book a home visit
- our messages and the bookings we've made
Why I keep it
- To arrange and provide your dog's care. I need these details to do what you've asked me to do.
- To reply when you get in touch, and to keep sensible records of bookings and payments, which is in my legitimate interest as a small business.
- To meet the law, for example keeping business and tax records.
I don't send marketing emails, and I never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run the business:
- WhatsApp (Meta), for our messages
- Namecheap Private Email, for email
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
Some of these companies may handle data outside the UK, under their own safeguards. In an emergency, I'll share what's needed about your dog with a vet.
How long I keep it
I keep your details while I'm looking after your dog, and after that only for as long as I need them for my business records. Then I delete them.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete them, or object to how I use them. Just email or message me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, but I'd love the chance to put it right first.
This website
This website has no forms and no analytics, and it doesn't use tracking cookies, so it doesn't track you. Cloudflare, the host, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block bots. The Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
